Oliver Art Center Summer Youth Art Camps – Registration Open Now!
Summertime is Art Camp time! Choose from a variety of engaging, creativity-sparking youth programs for the summer season:
About our Camps:
Because our curriculum is specifically designed for distinct developmental stages, accurate birth dates are required to ensure every student is placed in the appropriate age-eligible class. Please note that if a student’s age does not meet the requirements for their specific program, we may need to transition them to a more suitable class. If no eligible alternative is available, the student may be withdrawn. To avoid any potential loss of tuition, please double-check all dates before submitting your registration.
We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and focused environment for all our students. To ensure everyone has a high-quality experience, we ask that all participants follow our community conduct guidelines. In the event that a student’s behavior consistently disrupts the learning experience of others, we may require that an adult accompany them to future sessions to provide additional support. Thank you for partnering with us to keep our classrooms a vibrant and productive space for everyone!
Our teachers are experienced educators and professional artists. We perform background checks on our instructors and ensure compliance with our child protection policies at all times.
Cancellation Policy:
Occasionally, classes must be canceled if minimum enrollment is not met, there is a health or weather emergency, or other unforeseen events. We understand that this may be a disappointment to our students, and we’ll do our best to inform you as early as we can of the cancellation via the contact information on your registration. If Oliver Art Center cancels a class, we’ll offer a full refund or credit towards another course, at your discretion.
Class Withdrawal & Refund Policy:
We understand that plans can change. To receive a full refund (less a $10 processing fee), please submit your cancellation at least one week prior to the first day of class. Because we must commit to our guest instructors and secure materials in advance, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made after this one-week deadline.
Multi-Day Courses: Please note that we cannot offer pro-rated refunds for missed sessions of a multi-day course. Your registration fee ensures the instructor is compensated for your reserved spot throughout the entire program.
Thank you for supporting our instructors and helping us maintain high-quality programming!
Scholarships for Children’s Programs:
We believe every child deserves the opportunity to learn and grow, regardless of financial circumstances. To support this mission, we offer a tiered scholarship program that provides reduced-tuition spots In all our summer youth programs. Assistance is available for Benzie County students who qualify for the National School Lunch Program, or other Federal assistance programs. Our application is short and confidential – apply now at THIS LINK.
